How long does setup take?
About as long as it takes to describe your business. Sign in, add your info (or chat with our AI to write it), paste one line of code, and publish.
Do I need a developer?
No. If you can paste text into your website’s settings, you can install Sagotify. Everything else happens in your dashboard.
Does the chatbot work with WordPress, Shopify or Wix?
Yes. It works on any website that lets you add a code snippet: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Hostinger, or a custom site.
How do I add the chatbot to my website?
Copy one line of code from your dashboard and paste it into your website, usually in its settings or footer. Then select Publish assistant. Changes you make later show up without pasting it again.
Can it answer in Filipino or Taglish?
Yes. It replies in the language your customer writes in: English, Filipino, Taglish, and others. Your business info can stay in English.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It’s set up to answer only from your business info, not to guess. It tells the customer it will pass the question to your team and asks how to reach them. The question is saved, so you can add the answer for next time.
How much does the chatbot cost?

What happens after the free trial?
