Refund Policy

Cancelling stops future subscription renewals. A refund is a separate request to return money you have already paid. This page explains both.
1. Cancelling your subscription
Monthly subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel in Billing & Usage in your dashboard or through the Polar customer portal.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of your paid period, subject to your reply allowance and our Terms of Service. Cancelling does not automatically refund a payment.
Polar processes online purchases and handles card details and taxes.
2. Refunds for monthly plans
You may request a refund within 7 days of a subscription charge. We review requests individually and may approve a refund for unused subscription time. Approval is not guaranteed.
This policy does not limit any refund rights that apply by law. Online purchases are also subject to Polar's buyer terms.
3. Extra AI replies (top-up packs)
A top-up pack adds extra AI replies to your account. You need an active paid plan to buy one. Unused replies carry over, do not expire, and can be used while your account is active.
Replies that have already been used cannot be refunded, except where required by law. For a request involving unused replies, email us with the purchase details. This draft does not yet set out a separate refund rule for unused top-up replies.
4. Asking for a refund or help with a charge
Email support@sagotify.com with:
- The email address on your Sagotify account.
- The payment date, amount and order or receipt reference, if available.
- A short explanation of the issue and which payment you want refunded.
Please do not send your full card number or card security code.
If you do not recognise a charge or think you were charged incorrectly, contact us so we can help. You still have the right to raise a payment dispute with your bank. A reversed or disputed payment may lead to account suspension under our Terms of Service.
