Terms of Service

These terms apply to businesses using Sagotify. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Sagotify adds an AI chat assistant to your website. It answers questions using the business information you provide, emails you visitor inquiries and contact details, and lets your team reply directly.

You sign in with Google. Business owners, account users and admins use the dashboard according to the access their role allows.

• Free trial: no card is needed. The trial has a time limit and an AI reply allowance, both shown on the Billing & Usage page in your dashboard.
• Monthly plan: the price and included AI replies are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
• Online payments: Polar sells the subscription to you and processes your payment. This role is called the “merchant of record.” Polar handles card details and taxes.
• Separately arranged plans: if you pay Sagotify directly, follow the payment arrangement agreed with us.
• What counts: each AI answer sent to a visitor counts as one AI reply. Replies sent by your team and chats used to prepare your business information do not count.
• Extra replies: top-up packs add AI replies after your monthly allowance runs out. You need an active paid plan to buy a top-up pack. Unused top-up replies carry over, do not expire, and can be used while your account is active.

If your trial, paid access or reply allowance runs out, the chat stops accepting new visitors. Existing chats may continue briefly. Any extra AI replies allowed during that time are deducted from your next allowance or top-up.

You are responsible for the business information you give the AI and for providing a privacy notice to your website visitors. You decide how their chat information is used; Sagotify handles it for you as explained in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use Sagotify to:

• Send or publish illegal content or spam.
• Damage or overload the service, or bypass its limits.
• Collect sensitive personal information, such as health information, without a lawful reason and any required permission.

The assistant uses AI to write answers based on the information you provide. It can misunderstand a question or give an incorrect answer. Visitors should confirm important details with the business, and businesses should check their information and conversations.

You can cancel a subscription from Billing & Usage in your dashboard or through the Polar customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access for the remaining paid period, subject to your reply allowance and these terms.

Cancellation does not automatically give you a refund. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.

We may suspend an account for misuse or unpaid charges. A disputed payment may also lead to suspension. This does not remove any right you have to dispute a payment with your bank.

Sagotify is provided “as is.” This means we do not guarantee that it will always work without errors or meet every need. To the extent allowed by law, we provide it without warranties.

To the extent allowed by law, the total amount we can be required to pay for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for Sagotify in the 3 months before that claim. These terms do not remove rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
